I’ve been struggling with constipation and bloating for months and nothing was working for me. Since using these for a few weeks my bloating has gone down and in turn I’ve lost about 5 pounds! They are chalky and at first I was worried about them being hard to swallow however they are very easy to swallow. And I usually struggle with larger pills but I’ve had no issue with these. They also have a minty taste which is pleasant. I’ve been feeling 100 times better thanks to these!

I like that these are capsules and have all the nutrients I am supposed to take. I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I even bought bottles for my sons who benefit from the nutrients - building strong, dense bones.

I struggle with digestion issues and these have been a life saver! If I know I’m going to have a cheeseburger or a heavy meal, I take two (mostly before or during the meal) and I have significantly less bloating and discomfort

I normally don't write reviews but this product has worked so well for me that I just had to express it. I have tried other enzyme products with no clear results. MRM has the right formulation on this one because I got almost immediate results. I have been using this product for the last 3 month and I couldn't be happier with how this product works. I do competitive bodybuilding in which I eat 6 meals a day and this product really do a good job not only in helping to digest my high protein diet but also keep my immune system going. A solid product for sure! My only issue is the quality of packaging. Some of the bottles I've ordered had pills arrived broken. I hope the MRM manufacturing facilities look into some additional bottling Quality Control to prevent pills from getting broken during transit to customer.

Embarrassing confession. But I was super stressed out during the pandemic. I started losing weight, and for whatever reason I was burping all the time. I would get hungry, but after two bites I would feel nauseous, and full/bloated. The Doctors found nothing wrong, and after several tests my doctor recommended Papaya seed. A naturopathic doctor recommended this instead. She told me it had mint in it, so even if I burped it wouldn't be so bad. Now I take these before I eat. I started gaining weight, and all the other symptoms were reduced significantly. I recently ordered the same brand, but with Probiotics included, and now I am feeling back to normal. So thankful!

Taking this combo of enzymes and probiotics made digestion so much easier. I noticed the difference from other brands after the first tablet, and so far are my favorite of all time (I've taken enzymes & probiotics for years). Be warned, though it's probably necessary to keep the ingredients clean, the surface is kind of dry and creates dust that falls out when you extract a tablet. But they are so noticeably effective that I don't mind.

These work great for me and help when i need a little help to digest a bigger or more filling meal.

I would advise anyone after the age of 50 years old to do a probiotic/enzyme to promote better digestive system
