Works nice for Breeakfast Omelette Station
Have been watching this unit at a full service Marriott Hotel ( took a picture of make and model ). I stayed at the hotel for a couple of month. First the chef needed some time to get used to it. I noticed that the Omelette's came out just as fine..I actually like them better this way. They look a little fluffier. Cooking time is about the same - may be a little longer than with portable gas cookers. The chef used to switch out a couple of the gas cans every morning...this cooker ( they have 2 per station ) must save the hotel a couple of hundred bucks in gas cans every months...they have their money back in 1-2 months..
