So easy to set up
great piece with all the functions. Paper slot was difficult to find. It’s a small sliver in the way back of the printer that you have to push open to put paper in. Doesn’t hold a lot but printing quality is great

Do NOT BUY will give you a headache trying to troubleshoot
The set up of the software seems simple but the instructions take you to a website to take you to another website to take you to a video to explain things in a very complicated way. Spent an entire day setting it up, it worked fine, I though the hard part is over and the night before I have to print papers to travel it says PRINTER OFFLINE. there are no clear directions anywhere on how to get it back online. IT is all very complicated or requires contant reboot. Not worth it. do not buy

Love it runs a little slower than usual only thing fax did not work great print quality easy set up.

DOES NOT FAX —
This does NOT fax hard copies. You have to upload your computer and then download to fax — or fax from your phone. It is a PAIN IN THE ARSE. I missed my window to send it back, because, I didn’t realize the issue with faxing until it was too late. Don’t buy this. Buy a machine you can fax your hard copies on instead.

Bad purchase
I brought the printer along with the Instant ink the printer worked great 👍 but for 5 months I paid for the ink but did receive any on the 6th months I received some ink 3 months later after paying for ink some how i mist a payment on auto pay and they took control of my printer and wouldn't allow me to use my printer until I paid $7 & some change yes that's right wow really. 6 months of payment and no ink that was paid for and they took control of my printer and wouldn't allow me to use my own printer wow really. I guess I brought a printer for HP instant INK
