Great WIFI 6 router. It automatically detected all settings as soon as I plugged it in and the setup was very easy and straightforward. Great speeds. You can monitor the router easily with the AI Life app on your phone, which makes things even more user firendly. One last comment on the design, I really like the design and it looks very sleek with interesting looking antennas. The footprint of this router is also not massive. I was looking for a WIFI 6 router and this is a great router. Overall, I definitely recommend this router to anyone looking to upgrade their internet.

Bought it when I moved into a dorm room with no provided router, the set up was very easy, plug it into the wall with the provided Ethernet cable, then select the HUAWEI wifi that shows up on a phone or pc, it opened a browser page that allows you to set your passwords, wifi name and some other settings, if it does not open automatically the link is provided in the manual.My room has a 1 Gbit/s internet connection speed according to the landlord, when I plug the Ethernet cable from the wall directly to my pc it gives me around 900 Mbits/s speed, with the wifi through this router it gives me around 700-850 Mbits/s, so a bit slower but still overall pretty good and hardly noticeable during actual use.Note that my room is pretty small, so I can't test any potential connection speed lost caused by distance, also even though I bought the quad core model, I think the dual core model might be enough for my use case, so maybe buy that instead.Overall I would recommend this router if:- Most of your devices support wifi 6, which is the case for my laptop and phone, if not no matter how fast your internet is it will only give around 200-300 Mbits/s max, this result comes from experience with old routers back at home and some of my old wifi 5 devices connected to this wifi 6 router.- Your room/house is small, I can't really test it myself but I've heard that the coverage of this router is not that good, if you place is big you might need to purchase multiple ones to cover your entire house, in that case some more expensive routers might work better.
