Q: Works for mechanical and automatic old wristwatches? As an omega?

Yes. Kit has some very small applicators that should suit your needs. I used it for a grandfather clock movement restoration after cleaning it ultrasonic cleaner.

Q: Will this work on pocket watches?

I would not use it on a watch. We have never tested it on watches. It might be fine but again its not been tested
