Fits under kitchen cabinets, looks great, drip tray perfect, seems like above-average quality
Really nice air pot for coffee. I like the fact that is is more squat than my previous one, and easily fits under kitchen cabinets. 2.2 Liter is large enough for a 14-cup coffee maker, so no need to go larger unless you need that capacity. Drip tray is integrated into the design - functional and looks good. Materials seem good, we'll see how long it lasts. Pump action is short and robust. My 10 year old thermal pot was needing 10 to 15 pumps, but that was after 10 years. The inside is stainless, not glass lined. Realistically, it keeps beverages hot for a little more than 4-6 hours (with preheat). Maybe the manufacturer boils water in a kettle for a preheat? I used hot tap water. 12 hours is smoking hopium. Overall i like the shorter size, perfect capacity (for me), look and included drip tray (no more paper towels). Could be a little cheaper, but good buy.

Buy this!
I bought this in 2021 and am coming to leave a review only now, because we have ended up using it so often and it is awesome! We have a kid with a winter birthday and bought a few of these to serve hot chocolate in for parties and they stay steaming hot for days! I store coffee in it whenever we have company staying with us, I even make iced tea in it that stays on the table still hot for days - just fill a cup with ice and pump some out. I’ll be volunteering outdoors during record heat and I think I’ll fill this with ice water or Gatorade to take with me. Would be great in any gathering or outdoor setting. It’s really fantastic.

Works Great
I have only tried this with hot beverages, but that is the one that is supposed to only stay hot for 12 hours. And in my experience, it does just that. Now, I didn't have a thermometer, so I just knew it was hot, not exactly how hot.I made coffee for Christmas brunch and it was hot for the entire meal and long after I got back home. And I had an hour drive there and back. But the coffee was steaming when it came out. And I continued to check and see if it was still hot for several hours. I stopped checking after about 10 hours from when I made the coffee. It was still steaming in the room temperature mug even after 10 hours. And the next morning, it was no longer hot, but it was a little warmer than room temp, 22 hours after making the coffee. So I'm impressed. It loses a star for the fact that there is no way to lock it so it can't open the top during transport. And also because the top does not come off at all, making cleaning more difficult. And when filling, you have only the small opening to pour into.

Nice! Kept Hot Chocolate for Youth Cheerleaders on Cold Day
I really wish I could have found one of these in a store, but I had to order it online. No store seemed to carry a large thermal liquid dispenser. I bought this to take to a youth football game to store hot chocolate for my 10yo cheerleading team. The girls really appreciated having a hot beverage to keep their bodies warmed up on a frigid game day. I made a powdered hot chocolate mix and transferred it to the dispenser about 2 hours before the game began. What I liked - attractive, stainless steel exterior; no assembly required, just clean and use right out of the box; the pot is big and holds much more than expected; nice handle for carrying; it’s very easy to pump out liquids; kept hot chocolate hot for several hours. The hot chocolate was still warm when I emptied it hours after the game; the exterior stays cool even if liquids inside are boiling; the pump straw was easy to clean and could be soaked in hot soapy water and rinsed with ease. What I didn’t like - the exterior stainless steel can be hard to keep clean and shows spots easily. I cleaned off water spots with some windex. It’s not completely fool proof when using. I managed to pinch my fingers when pumping liquids the first time. Be careful where your fingers are! Although this lever style is easier when dispensing liquids compared to button style hot pots, little fingers can get pinched badly! It hurts so bad! It’s tricky trying to figure out how to pour hot liquid into the tall, but narrow mouthed pot without spilling or getting burned. I scooped liquid in a large, glass measuring cup with a spout and poured into the pot. Maybe practice makes perfect? This pot is also tricky to get cleaned. While I’m trying to dump out soapy water, the attached lid is threatening to clamp shut on my fingers as I turn the thing upside down in my standard sized sink. It’s so tall I’m not able to dump it sideways. I wish the lid could be fully removed to make cleaning easier.; It can be pretty heavy when filled to capacity. The only feature I’m not so sure about is there is a lazy Susan feature on the bottom. Seems like it would be a nicer feature one would enjoy, but I’m worried it will rotate while I’m trying to use it. I’m also worried it will crack or break, leaving the bottom unsteady if that ever happens down the road. I’m also not sure if it’s leak proof. I had to keep the pot upright between my legs as we drove to our location, just in case.
