These are the best pliers for opening and closing jump rings for chain mail

I absolutely LOVE these pliers. They are great for making chain mail jewelry. The chisel nose has versatility for both gripping larger areas on your jump rings for leverage or getting into those tiny spaces in your weaves. I bought a second pair and use them almost exclusively. They also feel very comfortable in your hands and don't leave you as fatigued as other pliers after a several hours long session of making chain mail.

I actually thought they were cutters and was a little disappointed when they arrived but that was actually shortlived. Once I used these little pliers, I was hooked. The short nose on them gives lots of torque and they are fabulous for opening jumprings of any size as well as all simple loops. As a bonus, they squeeze wire into sharp bends better than my Lindstroms which is amazing. Looking forward to finding more uses for these little beauties.

The best quality of tools.

These are the best pliers I've used for making my chainmaille jewelry. I've been making this jewelry for 11 years now, and these are definitely the best for comfort, grip, and ease of use.

These pliers are very pointy and quite sturdy. I can apply a lot of pressure to a bit of brass right at the tip, and it immediately deforms into a thin disk -- it was that sort of crimping/flattening outcome that I was hoping for. I've been working a lot with very tiny metal pieces, and these pliers have immediately become my favorite and most useful tool. I can easily work with a light touch to grab and manipulate/bend small parts with ease, and yet these can also dole out a serious pinch for malleable metal when necessary.

I was using lesser pliers for years. These are so much better that my chain projects with 18 and 16 ga. stainless steel take less than half the time to complete, and no blisters! They were a little more than what I wanted to pay, but they as SO MUCH BETTER than my cheap ones. If you are serious about your work, these are a great buy.

I have been wanting to try these pliers for a long time, but never could justify buying them. I now wish I hadn't waited so long! These are so comfortable in my hands and very sturdy.

Fantastic pliers. Shipping was very quick. I highly recommend these pliers if you are doing chainmaille or wire work or really any hobby that deals with small pieces of metal that need to be held or manipulated.

They feel lovely in the hand, and are very capable pliers. I use them for chainmail and they are capable of closing much larger rings than I thought they would be able to. Currently my go to plier, the handle is shorter than average, making them much more portable, just wish I could have some sort of case for them, as they spike through my bag when I take them about with me, and I have taken to putting them back in the cardboard they came in, which is not a long term solution I don't think. Still I have spent many happy hours using them, and they show little to no signs of wear.
