Quality, effective product at good value.
My 17 y/o likes the flavor and it is easy to see how jacked his arms are after working out, with this supplement. Think he mixes in a diluted ratio. It is just one of several satisfying products from Nutricost. Will buy again.

Good buy. Very Sweet
I’ve been looking in stores for flavored creatine powder and it’s a little hard to find, but it’s what I want because I don’t want to add unflavored powder to shakes or juice and I want it to taste decent. It’s just convenient to add it to water and then be good to go. So glad I found this product because it has the perfect serving of creatine with no added stuff that I don’t really need. I do feel like it’s VERY sweet tho. It’s not bad, but after cutting back on sugar and sweet stuff in general, I wasn’t expecting it to be thAT sweet. Might try other flavors. It came sealed with no issues but the scoop was buried beneath the powder and I thought for a bit it came scoopless before realizing that probably just happened through shipping. I’ve been taking another brand of creatine for a month and feel pretty great, so as long as this is legitimate creatine I expect my mood to stay good and my performance in the gym to keep improving.

Great Taste, Easy to Drink, and Real Results
I have extremely sensitive taste buds, so finding supplements I can actually tolerate has always been a struggle — whey protein, protein bars, most creatines… they’re usually a no for me. But this Nutricost Blue Raspberry Creatine has been the first one I’ve been able to stick with consistently. The flavor by itself isn’t bad at all, and when I mix it with blue Gatorade, it tastes even better. It’s smooth, easy to drink, and doesn’t have that chalky or chemical taste a lot of other creatines have. Because I can tolerate the flavor, I’ve finally been able to take creatine on a regular basis. Since using it, I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy, focus during workouts, and even some visible improvement in my shoulders and arms. It also comes with a little scoop inside, so you don’t need your own. For the price and the quality, I definitely think it’s worth it — especially if you’re picky about taste like I am.

Great product, but wrong sized scoop!
This tastes amazing. Normally i tend to feel sick trying to drink any powdered substance, but i can add a small amount of water and take it like a shot! I got the blue raspberry flavor it really is delicious. As for functionality, it has only been a few weeks and i already can tell it’s helping me recover from my gym days. My ONLY gripe/concern is what matches some of the other reviews. The original scoop is bigger than the recommended dosage, so pay attention to that or you are losing product! I happen to keep all of my old scoops from my old creatine powders and switched it out no problem. Great product, i would give it 5 stars if they change the scoop it comes with! Mixes well, tastes amazing, helps recover, hits all the marks for me.

INSTANTLY PLEASED, five different ways!
I was for a time and would like in the future to again become an Amazon vine reviewer, and as result as an official product reviewer, I've tired a lot of health aid products, at no cost. I bought the Nutricost on my own dime, and found it to be the first one to have both IMMEDIATE and DRAMATIC benefits, with the possible exception of some gummy THC products, which I fully expected to be useful, but which were not as dramatically noticeable. CAVEATS 1) All health products including vaccines and prescription drugs have varied effects on users because there is no consistent physiology between any given individual and another. Our mental and physical body chemical functionaries operate on the same principals, but do not share complete and full functional perfection, due to both internal physiological differences (imbalances), and external influences in our lives. What works well for me may not, for you, and vice versa. What is pleasant or unpleasant in effect or senses for one person may be the opposite or different than experienced by another; 2) like most health aids, they are not, by law, able to make specific health claims, and as result, it can seem like a pig in a poke choice, one over another, and a mixed bag of expectations vs reality, in terms of results. My expectations and reality may not match yours. MY EXPECTATIONS: They were well below reality, and (LOL), I only chose this product over another only because of its flavor, and am very glad I did. MY EXPERIENCE: 1) This is the first powder-to-drink product that actually does tastes as good as they claim, even when I added another health aid product which tastes awful on its own. As result, this enable it to be be taken more like a regular glass of water or soft drink, rather than taken as a medical step; 2) the product claims muscular and mental benefit. At age 80, I could use both. I will note here, that I also suffer a neuropathy which makes my feet burn and swell up, and my legs cramp - things semi-muscular in nature. I have enjoyed very noticeable reduction in the burning sensation, and some reduction in swelling. As the later comes and goes, giving credit to Nutricost may be premature; 3) The other health aid I cited was Methylene Blue for mental health, but for me, it did not only not work and tasted bad, but it also turned my urine blue. While I sensed some improvement in mental acuity after the first dose of Nutricost, in the second dose I tossed in the Methylene, and noted a clear improvement. The two products together seem to amplify one another in that respect, so now I'm really getting double return on my money, no longer wasting the investment in Methylene; 4) Like most older men, I suffer urinary issues for which I take Saw Palmetto, with intermittent modest but worthwhile effect. I take it as the problems arise. However, without having taken it for several days, as the issues were 'managable' within an hour of the first glass of Nutricost, I discovered COMPLETELY normal, healthy urinary functioning. This unexpected benefit has remained with me and alone justifies the product, in my case; 5) The product instructions calls for comparatively massive quantities (5 servings) initially, for the first five days, then drops to single dose economy thereafter, but I found remarkable benefits literally within minutes of first dose, and so, reduced the initial to just two extra doses, and enjoyed good result on waking, day two. However, on Day two, I missed my third dose, and on waking day 3, it was clear I did not have the same level of urinary benefit on the first trip. to the bathroom, until taking the first glass for the day, regaining the full benefit within the hour. I was not aware of notable reduction of other benefits, but neither was there at that time much of a way to judge. Nonetheless, immediately taking a glass returned me to the best possible state regardless of metric in question; 6) Yes, I can sense even without opportunity for exercise, improved energy and a sense of strength, such as when first waking, when I normally feel weak as a kitten. I am breathing more easily and more deeply, which is muscular inspired, I presume. I am taking fewer and shorter naps, adding two-four hours of extra work time (as a writer - and for the record, most of my adult life, I only slept 4 hours a day, and only in recent years have I started to take naps. Now I am almost fully back to the 4 hour pattern!). ERGO: For me, I concluded three glasses a day up front will save some money and likely suffice. Even if one a day thereafter does not give me the same benefit, given the level of benefit and unexpected benefits, I would happily pay the cost difference of three doses daily, ongoing, and STILL SAVE MONEY, because I could stop using saw palmetto.

Buy the flavored versions!!! Love Love Love them!!!
Sooooo happy I tried this. The non-flavored is okay but this is actually a pleasure to drink and it's not gritty! I love the Blue Reasberry and hope to try other flavors as well. This is helping me get to the 15-20 grams per day that I prefer.

Dissolves instantly, easy to scoop, has a ton of powder. This stuff is great! Creatine is huge for muscle strength and the blue razz flavor is very nice.

Pretty Awful
Tastes slightly below decent at first (for flavored creatine), but starts tasting cheap and too sweet after a long period of use. It tastes like if you could taste artificial (well it does use sucralose). Does not dissolve well at all. It circles the water and floats for a minute, then settles at the bottom after some very good shaking sessions.

I wanted to try flavoured creatine and had heard good things about Nutricost, so I gave the Blue Raspberry flavour a go. It’s ok at best. Don’t get me wrong, the taste is tolerable, but it does have a fairly chemical aftertaste. It’s not something I look forward to drinking, but it is certainly drinkable. I’ve ended up mixing one scoop of this with my BCAAs, which taste much better, and that makes it easy enough to get my creatine in without any issues - one could ALSO use cordial. The cost per serving is really good compared to other flavoured creatives on the market, which is a big plus, but the flavour itself is pretty average. I also gave some to a mate to try and he thought the same, rating it about a 6.5 out of 10. We mixed it with 500ml /17oz water. Overall, decent value for money if you care more about price than taste.
