Seriously? Arrived much later than originally promised. Didn’t get for Christmas as intended. Proofed text multiple times but it still came in “Go bless you” instead of “God”. Pathetic!

I was concerned with the way they have you submit your artwork, but let me tell you..... It came out way better than my brain imagined. I included the file submitted as well as a picture of the finished product. I built a black frame/shelf with a black background to really make it pop.I also want to comment on the customer service. The item received had a short in the wiring. They promptly sent out a replacement light/wiring thingy and it was up and running in a jiffy.We love this light. And for those of you wondering why we would have a sign welcoming you to the house of Sin..... It's actually our last name.... So there's that!By the way, for the people who said it doesn't come with a remote. Take the time and read the entire description. They state no battery will be included. This comes from China and mailing/shipping batteries is a no no.

I was looking for some type of neon sign for my first ever Mancave. I scoured ebay, google stores and of course amazon. I never thought I would be able to actually make my own sign/custom logo! And for such an affordable price! These guys were top notch. Kept in communication with me all along the way, emailing back and forth my design until my specification was satisfied. I had to utilize an extension cord as my placement was much higher. The cord can also be a nuisance, but at night-when it is used most often and the lights are off- I can hardly tell that it is there. The hardest part was probably thinking of what I would include in my neon sign. Eventually I found it and couldn't be more satisfied with something that I have created and seeing it hanging on my wall.If you some how found this review helpful in any way click that Gray Yes button =)

It is not an neon sign it is a led sign, the product came wrong and broken, second one came broken, then took another month to get a refund. The led sign is very cheaply made as well, it's plastic with a light bar screwed to the top. Not worth the 50 bucks.

Vey nice. I have a genuine neon sign, which is blue, and i had my custom sign made blue. The shades are almost identical. Obviously, you can tell this is not a neon sign. But it is nice to see it fits right into my collection. It is not as bright as a neon sign, and it seems to emit less light than the other product i purchased from this seller, but that is ok because it is really nice. Cable is very short, but the design came just as i asked. Perfectly replicated. I had an issue getting the amazon app to let me upload what i wanted, so i sent them an email and they went ahead and confirmed the new design and got to work right away. My only issue aside from the length of the wire is the bar that holds the led has a scratch where the paint came off and its visible from far away. But that is ok, i plan to move and where i will be moving the spot ill put this in will be dark enough at all times where the light emitted along with the design will be the only thing you will see.

The media could not be loaded.  Really love this ! I got it for my dad for Christmas and he is going to love it!! Literally spent 2 weeks on Etsy tryin to find the perfect sign, all quoted $250 or more! And it would be an extra $100 if I wanted the colors to change and be multi-colored. Each LETTER was an additional $20 !!HERE I LOVE IT! Not only was I able to put my dads first but his LAST! And change it to what ever color I want (16 in total) and it was $97 AFTER shipping!! Please highly recommend this ! Such a great job designing it and it’s the perfect gift ❤️ Thank you so much !

I usually start with a list of PRO's, but this CON is just too important. Why on gawd's green earth wouldn't you make these with a battery pack? Three AAA batteries fit into the top PERFECTLY, and they would power it for hours! Instead, you put a cord onto it, and expect us to hang it up? What do I do with the cord, then? Unless I'm hanging it on a wall, and have a power outlet within a few feet, I'm screwed! So shortsighted!Other than that, it's perfect! I got it in purple, and the lettering glows like a real neon sign! The people who are complaining that "it's not a real neon sign" must be at least partially illiterate, because the ad clearly states that. And did you think you'd get a custom neon sign at this price? Plus, who wants to deal with a product that contains a noble gas, anyway? Such a hassle! This one's perfect (except for the power cord, of course).

I purchased this sign for my daughter's place of business back in March 2021, and in May 2021 it stopped working (no longer illuminating). I reached out to seller regarding the issue and was provided a video to check the connections to ensure that they were secure, they were. I've asked to have the sign replaced or a new replacement part be sent. The seller has not responded, and unfortunately their return policy only gives you a very small window to return their merchandise.

This company has been great, i e mailed several times as i was struggling with the design, they were very fast at responding and couldn't have been more helpful. The finished item was fantastic, only downfall was the added cost when it got into the country that i paid for at the post office however i would happily pay the fee twice over as the product was so worth it. Super happy with this item! Arrived before expected and was wrapped up well, looks amazing and love the remote so you can change the colours, it also has a decent length of cable too! My partner is super happy with it and it’s already been put up in his man shed! Very happy with it!

for the money paid I'm not happy. Came with finger prints all over which when the sign is turned on it looks really tacky. The power cord is so short its not possible to hang the sign where I want without getting a new socket fitted. I mean with a sign like these why would you want the cable running right next too the sign. It should be hidden away but its that short its not possible to hide, the on/off switch hangs right next too it. Also it came slightly damaged.

Delighted with the neon sign... It was for a teenage boys room.. He has it on everyday without fail.. Being able to choose your own wording makes it unique to each person... Came before expected date and perfectly wrapped

Fantastic! Love my custom sign. We did get charged customs duty, but even so it was well worth it. Design was EXACTLY what we commissioned. Cannot recommend highly enough.
