Updated Review January 24, 2018Haven't had it for a full year and it's already showing severe damage with average gentle use. The thermostat is NOT working at all now and the timer sticks into place. We had really loved how easy it was to use but if it can't stand use about once every two weeks for a small amount of time then it's not worth the price we spent on it. If you're considering this then your money might be better spent elsewhere. My only other qualm was that it was slightly difficult to clean if any spillage and even with gentle wiping the front off caused the numbers to erase but that's a very small issue compared to it not working. Ordered on April 11, 2017Simple to use and cooks everything wonderfully. Have had no issues with our purchase thus far and we really enjoy using it as it cooks the food evenly.

still looks new after 4 months of purchased...works great so far...will update comment if i come up with an issue with it. have not tried rotiesiere yet...the timer is not working and it will continue to bake whatever you have in there. i tested and it happened 3 times already. this will burn your house. very dangerous product, please do not take the risk and buy something else but not this one

large enough for everything. and that accessories were included, including rotisserie. The price is wonderful and it is nice looking. I only with it had a "crumb catcher' at the bottom instead of using one of the cook pans that really doesn't covered the bottom!

Unable to master the rotisserie thus far, and the timer does not keep the proper timing. The toaster setting does not toast under 20 minutes, however, the oven, with or without convection, is wonderful.

This was our first large size counter-top oven, with rotisserie. I was initially pleased with the unit and the accessories. After cooking 3 chickens in the first few months, I gave up on the rotisserie feature. The lack of drip tray made it a hassle and the cook time seemed long. At the one year mark, everything was taking longer to cook. 6 pieces of toast took 15 minutes. After 3 years, the max setting of 450 heated only to 300 degrees and I should have replaced the unit a year ago.

So, this is a cheap oven and it shouldn't be held to too high a standard. But. It is a rotisserie and it just isn't quite big enough even for a small chicken. I had to truss the chicken and truss it some more and tuck it and tie it to keep it from getting hung up on the walls of the oven. And it was a small chicken!

You get what you pay for- I purchased this specifically for rotisserie chicken. I thought to buy the smallest chicken I could find and it still didn’t fit with the drip tray in. Spend more for a better oven.(and of course I can’t return it after attempted use)

I've had it for 3 mos., and the timer has stopped working. The rotisserie is weak, and the convection aspect is almost non existent. But it's large, and the heat is sufficient. I contacted Amazon, and the 30 days was up, so they passed the buck to vonshef, and in turn vonshef passed it back. They don't honor their warranty. I've had it for a year and now it's sometimey. Its been 3yrs, and the oven is on its last leg. It took 3hrs to cook stuffed peppers . What a shame
