I have purchased this item 3 different times, because I have 3 telescopes and three mounts controlled by 3 different ASIAIR's. No issues or hiccups this is the what you need if you are using the Starwatcher 6r pro, it works for many models but I can only speak of the hardware I own. I can't say enough about how well this works. I am a very happy amature astronomer. I have included the North American Nebula image, not perfect but this was done with the Washinglee controller, it works. Happy shooting!!!

To get the right cable because there are two one is plane the is Ascom cable for eq5pro mount
When I received it I was thrilled. It is going to be on my telescope. This way I can operate with my laptop and nothing else. It worked the first time, With a couple of yahu. Thank you Amazon this product made my life as an astronomer extremely satisfying.
