Delicious and absolutely perfect for cookies. I live in Jamaica where Macadamia nuts are not so readily available, but I wanted to make my favourite cookie, the Macadamia nut cookie. So ofc, I visited Amazon browsed, read reviews and settled on these. They shipped well considering they traveled across the Caribbean. The inside of the bag has this greasy residue, i figure from the nuts moving around and rubbinf against it, but that did not affect the taste and colour. The colour was good, exactly as they should be. The seal keeps them fresh, and they smell like they're supposed to, lol. I tried a few by themselves and they're pretty tasty on their own... like a fatty version of a peanut. They baked like a dream. Their saltiness did not affect my recipe but I did put a touch less salt in the mix to account for their salt content. They're a nice size so I chopped them up and didn't need to use too many to make my batch. I will repurchase once this bag runs out, so I'll always have them available to make my cookies. I do recommend!

Like other reviewers, I found these Macadamia nuts to be some of the best I've ever eaten. These are the no-salt, no-oil, dry roasted ones, and they have exactly the right crunch, and rich flavor. I'll be reordering!

So, I eat a *lot* of macadamia nuts — and this is already my third order! I’ve tried nearly every brand out there, always searching for something better (and ideally more affordable) than the overpriced ones from warehouse stores. When I first got these, I was a bit unsure — they looked kind of “wet” through the packaging window. But after opening the bag and trying one, I was pleasantly surprised. They still *look* wet, but it’s more like a salt glaze coating the nuts. Like with any salted nut, you’ll get a bit of salty residue on your fingers, but they’re not actually wet. I think that glaze is what gives them their incredibly crisp texture — and it works beautifully. At this point, I’m not even checking the price against other brands anymore. The freshness and consistency speak for themselves. With most other brands, there are always a few off ones — bitter, stale, or discolored — that end up tossed. Not with these. I really hope this company sticks around, because I’ll definitely keep reordering. Thank you!

These are my favorite! I literally live on a macadamia nut farm in Hawaii and I eat these. They are better than cracking and roasting them yourself. They always arrive fresh and have just the right texture and flavor. Don't know how they do it!
