Using any instructional video on youtube, its easy to use to measuring tool and the crimping tool.Just be careful cuz if you tighten the nock and realize you messed up somehow, youll have a very difficult time removing the nock, if youre able to at all. So measure twice and crimp once!

Several reviewers are complaining about minor issues, and they aren't wrong. But when you buy the cheapest set on Amazon... expect to receive the cheapest set.The pliers work. The nocks are okay and do the job. My biggest complaint is with the square and it not being marked with measurements-- just lines. Most 'amusing' is that the imprint on both sides of the T-tool are UPSIDE DOWN when viewed from a standard left-hand bow (it will look fine for right hand-bows). There are no instructions for bow setup... but such stuff is all over the Internet and YouTube.It would be expected that people purchasing a set like this would already know what it's for and how to use it. However, that's evidently not the case... as a few users complained there were no instructions (they are correct. Sets like this could include a piece of printed paper, yes?). Still, there is always YouTube.I did get a bit of a chuckle that one reviewer didn't know what the 'black square with a hole in it' is. (It's the arrow rest... and a very common archery design.) I would respectfully recommend beginners get together with a friend or archery club or professional who knows how to set up and use a bow, and learn from those with experience. At the very least, hit YouTube. Trying to learn archery without reading books or checking out YouTube would be a very tough learning curve.The T-Tool is made of very cheap metal and arrived bent (easily un-bent), but it does the job. The pliers are okay, but the tips are not angled, so good luck if you have to REMOVE a nock. The nocks are okay but are not in a bag; be careful not to lose them when opening the package.For the price this kit will do for beginners. If one wishes a bit better quality, spend ONE DOLLAR more and get a higher-quality set. (I kind of wish I had, but I was tired and forgot the adage: quality is remembered long after price is forgotten.)This kit WILL do the job, but the purchaser should have a certain degree of basic archery knowledge. If not... hit YouTube and check out 'Setting up a bow'... and spend some time researching both how to prepare your bow and use it properly and above all... safely. Setting up a bow incorrectly, firing it incorrectly or using the wrong arrows can have disastrous results not only for you, but those near you.

Very straightforward, simple to use and did the job. So far the piece I'm using is holding up well

As a beginner I wish that it would come with an instruction on how to set it up instead of having to YouTube or Google on how to do it.

Nothing bad or out of the ordinary. Line it up with the tool then clamp the nock points. I use double nocks and put the arrow dead center. It did the job.

this is not the crown jewels it is just what i ordered tools just as expected
