Great condition
Really good condition and looking forward to read the book

Nicolas Slater has corrected many of the shortcomings and overall clunkiness of the highly touted but unevenly translated version of C&P by Pevear and Volokhonsky from 1992. I found Slater's 2017 translation to be superior to other earlier translations included the now somewhat dated English language version by the brilliant Constance Garnett. Slater retains the color and character of the original without the dissonance of being overly literal. Kudos to both the translator and Oxford for this work.

Would definitely recommend. Great book. Good quality pages

I would recommend considering a different publisher for this book. The pages are extremely thin, to the point of being nearly transparent (you can see the text of the following page), which can be quite distracting while reading. Additionally, the text is small and the line spacing is minimal, making the overall reading experience less comfortable. The production quality feels quite low.
