These gas and heartburn chews really do cure what ails you. I’ve tried a lot of over-the-counter remedies, but these stood out right away because they actually provide fast relief without that chalky aftertaste some other products have. The taste is surprisingly pleasant — kind of a berry flavor that I can’t quite put my finger on, but it’s easily one of my favorite flavors in this category. It makes taking them feel more like a treat than a chore. When it comes to functionality, they work exactly as promised. Not only do they calm heartburn, but they also help with gas and bloating, which for me is usually what ties my stomach in knots. It’s nice not having to take two different products for two different problems. Just one chew takes the edge off quickly, and if it’s a particularly bad day, a second one seals the deal. I also believe they're made with more natural ingredients compared to some alternatives, so I feel better about taking them regularly when needed. These work well, thankfully I don’t have to use them much anymore, but they really came in handy. They work fast and really helped resolve symptoms fast. They taste fine, easy to chew.

These work just as well as name brand, just a better price. Don’t mind the flavor and so much better than the tablets that are like chalk. They work right away and I actually like the chewy texture and easy to put a few in a baggie into my purse while on the go. So they travel great and if on a trip I just toss the bottle into my bag.

Update: You do need to be cautious about how much of this you use. I can take about 3, but if I take more within a few hours it can cause diarrhea. I struggle with stomach/intestinal gas (probably something like IBS although I don't love that diagnosis). I have found simethicone to be a pretty effective in alleviating this discomfort. Sometimes I also want a heartburn component, and it's a pain to take 2 different meds. This is a good mix to treat both issues. I used to be able to get something like this in my grocery store but it seems they have discontinued it. This is also a better price than I could get at my grocery store. These also taste good and don't have the chalky texture of other similar meds. It is kind of chewy, so if that's an issue maybe this is not a great choice for you.

I love these antacid chews. The texture and flavor are great and they are easy to take with you. They are the perfect size and work great. They last a long time. They work quickly and are easy to chew!

Really fast action and taste good

I have used Pepto Bismol for ages for indigestion. I had started using the Pepto Bismol chewables similar to this Amazon product, but I felt the Pepto price was exorbitant for the number of chewables I got. I tried these from Amazon. They have worked wonderfully and are priced right. I will continue to use. My husband has also started using these instead of his usual Tums.
