Sent it back to the seller who returned it with pictures of a light surface scratch saying the item was damaged and therefore the warranty was voided.Amazon sided with the seller. Excellent condition
Very pleased with the iphone 13. In excellent condition with no marks or scratches. Looks new. Asked supplier about warrenty and they answered promptly assuring me it had a one year warranty. Easy set up via restore in itunes. Its bigger than my old iphone but i am sure i will get used to that quickly. Thank you for great service and quick delivery.

The iPhone 13 is a really nice phone the down side the battery health was not great if it been possible I would have ordered it with a brand new battery
