Defectuoso

Very Impressed
I purchased Cue as a birthday present for my 6 year old. He has been playing with programming apps for about a year now. Cue was very easy to set up and within 5 minutes of getting it up and running, my son was already programming and interacting with the robot. I chose Cue instead of Dash because the hardware is more robust, and because of the Python API feature. We'll play with that functionality over the weekend. I truly value having great out-of-the-box functionality, with the flexibility of customization that an API offers.

Great fun and learning with Cue
Great robot for kids to have fun with while also learning coding concepts. Both my 7 and 10 years have been using Cue for a month now and both are loving it.

Short circuit at first use and start melting
We received the Blaster Power for Cue. Mounting it on Cue was easy but at first use the blaster did not seem to be working (the light was blinking red and green) and it started to get really hot on the side where the projectiles are. Turns out it must have short circuit and the plastic started melting...But we contacted Wonder Workshop and they got a courier to pick up the damaged blaster and sent us a replacement as well as a gripper, sketch kit and a completely new Cue for our trouble and in case the other Cue had been damaged.I must say the customer service went above and beyond what I was expecting. On top of that the kids are having a great time with Cue and its accessories. Definetly a good company to be a customer of: great products and great service.
