Follow the weird instructions
Followed the instructions and everything went on super easy. It says to use hairspray on the bar, presumably to make the bar tacky enough for the grip to stay on, unexpected but it worked with no issues. The actual grip is almost exactly the same as one on a newer Razor scooter, close enough that most people wouldn't notice anything different unless looking at them side by side.

Works perfect on a Razor
Followed the directions on the package and they worked perfectly on my kids Razor. Great fit and they don't move at all. Hadn't heard the hairspray trick though...Makes sense now though. They are a bit softer than the original so we will see how they hold up with the kids pretty much throwing it on the ground every time they get off. Maybe they will hold up better?? They are more comfortable.

Great value! Great product!
Great item! They go on easy, feel quality and look very nice! There seems to be some confusion on how to put them on from some people. Here's what I did.1. Remove the metal handle bars from the scooter2. Cut off old grips if needed. I used my kitchen shears.3. Liberally spray the handlebar with hairspray - very liberally. They slide on quite easy, with just a bit of turning.4. Insert plugs.5. Let dry.6. Re-Install in scooter.I'll be buying more for the other scooters we have around!

Perfect fit
I bought two sets for my kids Razor Scooters. They were a perfect fit, (they are just snug enough to stay on). We used a tiny bit of dish soap on the metal scooter handles to make it easier to slide the neoprene grips on. One thing though, they don't have the elastic string that goes between the two handles to keep the handles together when collapsing the scooter for travel. Not a big deal for us though. (I gave it 4 stars for this reason. Wish there was a 1/2 star.)

Perfect fit on Razor scooters.
I've repaired and/or rebuilt 9 Razor scooters picked out of the trash over the past year. In every case the hand grips were ruined or missing and these grips are the perfect replacement and fit as well as the original grips provided when the Razors were new.

Tares easy, no elastic band, end-cap hole is too large.
I purchased this to repair a razr scooter, so when you are attempting to repair your scooter, here's some advice.First, this foam tares easy and getting it over the handle is difficult because it does not slide easy, so be careful because I tore a chunk out of the foam trying to pull it on.Second this doesn't come with the elastic band that holds the handles on to the scooter when you collapse the handles. It's not a big deal if you never do that, but in case you do don't cut the band when you are pulling the old end-caps off.Third, the end-cap holes are much larger than the OEM end-cap holes. So if you use the elastic band, you are going to have to tie a larger knot in the end of the band, if you want to use it.Other than that, it works fine.

Useful thanks.
Ordered these for my son's Razor scooters since the existing one have long been gone. They worked great however the little black inputs didn't fit into his bars because he warped them from the constant throwing it to the ground. I simply crazy glued it on and voila problem solved! He was scratching up my car each time he passed I had to do something

Have the right tools
Got these for my motorcycle with 22mm handlebars. These grips really were made for a scooter/bicycle but they do fit on my motorcycle IF, AND ONLY IF, you have an air compressor available to help install them. The reviews from people tearing them up or soaking them in lube or going through bottles of canned air duster should have used an air compressor. For me they slipped on in about 2 minutes tops.
