Is there gluten in this?

Barley is not a gluten until it is mature and then it is grain. While it is still a grass it has all the beneficial nutrients and enzymes and no gluten that is what is in green supreme barley green. The young beneficial grass. I hope that helps. :)

how many mili grams per capsule?

I`m taking the Tablets. For 4 tablets you get 1360 mg of barley leaves. Other ingredients are Vegetable Stearates and Cellulose Gum.I`m taking a day 20 Tablets it was recommended by a cancer diet.
