Absolutely beautiful, the affirming book I needed to be read as a child. Could be 25% shorter.

Sweet book with a great meaning. I found this book on Amazon and ordered based on the title. I’m happy I did! There were a few words (vocabulary) my 6 year old did not understand but we were able to have a good discussion about it to better understand the story. The book does have a religious message but broad enough that I think many would enjoy.

I love this book! It is such a sweet message and good for any kid to hear.

I'm so excited to own this book for my daughter as she grows. I love how there is so much attention to detail with even the girl coloring with her left hand, to the child with the prosthetic leg, and of course the wheelchair. It's very apparent in some of the pictures that a child may be shy or reserved on how to be involved. The attention to detail with the illustrations was beautifully done and the flow of reading the book is wonderful too! Most certainly one that any christian would want in their collection for their home.

I didn’t expect to cry while reading a children’s book I bought for my girls, but God met me in the middle of these pages and absolutely wrecked me (in the best way). I don’t even remember the exact line because I was just overcome. It was like God spoke straight to my soul in a moment where I felt completely worn out.I woke up that day tired, confused, and frustrated. I told the Lord, “I don’t understand. I’ve surrendered everything and still feel like I’m falling apart.” I asked Him to carry my girls that day because I didn’t have it in me.And wouldn’t you know it? He answered that prayer through the very book I read to them.If you’re a mama who’s been holding it all together and wondering if God still sees you, He does. He absolutely does. And this book? It may just be the whisper from Heaven your heart has been needing.

This book is literally everything I could hope for to express to my child just how much they are loved. It goes into emotions, how it is okay to feel them etc. Some users didn’t like the use of God, but it is only mentioned once or twice and can be easily skipped if that offends you. I think the book is great for instilling self confidence and self worth. My 5 year old loved it and so did I! It is definitely good for a wide variety of ages though!

Beautiful words and illustrations. This may be the gift I am most looking forward to give at Christmas! It is encouraging and affirmative and full of love. Bought for my daughter to read to my precious grandson. Recommend.
