This books is an example of the application of all the Total Quality Management (Lean Thinking) tools related to New Product Development. It leads us through the use of the tools with specific examples and gives hints to how to make it easy. My only issue was that the editor failed the authors with regards to the quality of graphics and figures highlighting specific methods. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO READ! The pictures and graphic text size is too small and not in color. Like they could not have gotten an illustrator to recreate the photo's they authors provided the editor. They totally missed the "must have quality" level of legible graphics. They failed to apply their own tools with the editor to make it perfect piece of work. Please come out with a second edition with correctly sized graphics, it not that hard to do in today digital world
