Exactly what we needed! Nice, long, straight track. Great quality, as I have come to expect from BRIO.

I ordered these long straights for my son's new train set. I had bought him new Brio trains for Christmas, but most of the track pieces I purchased used off a neighbor, so they were a mix of various different brands (Melissa & Doug, Thomas, and one other I don't know). We needed a few more straights, so I went with these from Brio. At first I was disappointed by the price for only 4 pieces. But I have to say, the quality of these is well above and beyond the other pieces we have. They fit together perfectly and are easy to attach and detach. The Brio trains roll easily along these tracks--not so with some of the others.The other track pieces can frustrate my 2.5-yr-old, but these are much easier to use, less frustrating, and therefore more fun!

Never have enough straight track! This solves the problem. Works well with Thomas.

Track fits Brio and non Brio track. This is a great add on to a starter set. This is my grandson's favorite toy. Allows for a lot of imagination and thinking skills to put together different track layouts.

Brio is reliable. I started a Brio train set for my daughter 34 years ago. Now her son plays with the set. While creating a route for his train, he ran out of track. His great-granddad said, "Wesley, you've just learned an important fact about trains--you never have enough track!" So I thought why not add track now? Brio track from 34 years ago still works with today's track. When Wesley received the new track for an Easter present, he clutched it excitedly and said, "Thank you! Thank you! I needed more track!" For the next few years, his presents for special occasions will be--more track.

Less expensive options out there that are as well made. I love brio train products, but for a plain track expansion, there are some options out there that are very nice for much less.
