REALLY bad investment!!!
The phone is a waste of money as it drops every call made, takes up to 1 minute to dial any number. It's cheaply made & all the pictures are fuzzy & blurred.

It restarts itself
UPDATE: customer service reached out to me(completely unexpected) to try and resolve my issue. The lady whose name starts with an R has been super nice and helpful! Ulefone is a great company, i just had one bad experience. I totally recommend them! The amount of patience customer service has is unbelievable and really appreciated!This phone worked amazingly when I first got it (today is 4/18/22 and I ordered it on 1/30/22). I haven't even had the phone for a whole 3 months and I already bought a different phone from a different company.I had a Ulefone in the past and loved it. So naturally when I seen this phone in the beginning of the year and realized that it's new as of this past January, I jumped on it. The price was a huge plus! There was only one 5star review so I just had to go off that person's word. The camera is good, plenty of storage but the phone will glitch and freeze or restart itself and get stuck loading so that I'll have to hold down the power button to really restart it. Smh this usually happens at the most inconvenient time. I also don't get service at home, which is really odd! There have been times people will try to call and it will go straight to voicemail....but my phone is on and I'm usually working on it🤔 The phone will also say 4g but I won't have any signal...

Phones ok but they sent the wrong color from what I'd ordered,also has the worst camera ever and this is the slowest charging phone I have ever owned.

The media could not be loaded. The tereoganítion is really fast, so great, finger print is excellent.& The battery is un believable, long life.tis phone is exactly, what ie been looking for, the phone is well built, all my phones are unlocked, phone Incase something happens to one of my phones the I just take sim card & put in another phone & it works no broblems.Another thing the phone is unlocked, & gsm okIt works with my T-Mobile sim card ,It works with straight talk.It works with att. They do on mine?I just want to thank, ulefone,for a week uilt phone.

The touch screen not always sensitive. Finger and facial unlock not functioning except text pin.
Not so good with the barcode-scanning process. It sometimes turns off itself. I'm not enjoying the usage of this phone right now. Can it be changed or returned for a better one? It now takes over four hours to be fully charged.

It's a terrible phone
Compared with the obsolete huawei mobile phone bought 5 years ago, the performance is directly worse than 1 times. Unfortunately, after the return period, I found that the strongly recommended purchase is a waste of money

Received 2nd phone and it is working well. Company treated me fairly. Would use them again.
