Have a cat? Then you know the feeling of finding your headphone audio cable mutilated by feline teeth.Ouch - the Bose OEM item is $30, and even the usual replacements are about $20.But a new player has appeared: 8 Ways advertises its entry at just $6.99 - including two-day shipping via Amazon Prime.Well... I gave it a try, and must say I am very pleased. The cable is a dead ringer for the original, right down to the shape-conforming insert into the headphones themselves (I have Bose QC 2 phones) and, importantly, complete with the small switch on the side of the plastic housing to allow high / low volume setting.I use the "High" setting, and frankly can detect no difference whatever between the original and the 8 Ways replacement. Stereo sound is clear and stable - great!I took a chance and bought two for $13.98 so as to have a spare. Sure beats $60 for two of the OEM model (or $40 for other typical aftermarket replacements).A great find!

It seems that the sound isn't as loud as with the cable I had just before this one. Same phone and PC, just noticeably lower. I would go lower on the rating but I don't know if I'm "drunk" and making this up.

Got some headphones but they didn't come with the cable. This was cheap, but doe just what it's supposed to do. Can't ask for more than that.

Fits and works perfectly on my QC15 headphones! Quality is identical to the original. I would recommend to anyone needing a replacement rather than paying 20+ for Bose original.

Why spend more for a cable at other places when this works as well as the original? Not me!

Defective. Cable only produces sound on one side of the headphone.

Not Original but works great, it looks like the factory cable, I can't tell the difference.I will recommended to anyone.
