This product is well made and enjoyable to look at when spinning raffle tickets, as it does a great job of mixing. It's not as big as I feared it might be, but just right, and quite smooth in operation. The ticket entry slider is a nice touch and seems durable; as does the key lock and door. Recommend.

This drum rolls so smoothly, tickets are visible to everyone and the slide door even has a magnet to keep it closed. We'll use this for years to come.

The item came extremely well packaged. the raffle drum is great quality and worked great for our charity event. It says it only held nearly 5000 raffle tickets and there was still room. Great product and I wouldnt hestitate recommending it to others.

Our VFW Post bought a medium and large raffle drum and both drum doors broke at the hinge, plus one door was assembled 180° off so the latch did not hold tight allowing tickets to drop out while mixing. We modified both drums with metal hinges and placed the one door properly positioned so the latch now seals the door properly. Otherwise there are no other issues with the drums. The manufacturer needs to modify the door hinge so the hinge and pin is not so fragile.

My company needed this for a convention raffle in our booth. The tumbler is built solid with smooth clean edges. It arrived clean with no smudges. The ball bearings give it a smooth roll with little effort. Overall, I'm impressed with the quality and it's performance. This is definitely a staple for our future convention booths.

Decent product. Had to have this item re-shipped as the first time I received it the base was broke. It's does break/crack easily. It's a stretch if you can get 2000 tickets to fit in it and be able to roll over.

We have raffles all the time and this is exactly what I needed. I ordered this about a year ago and found I needed another as we hold several raffles. I like the fact that it is clear. If you have more than about 150 tickets in it you will have to stick your hand in and mix them up as turning it doesn't really do the job. But for smaller raffles it works great.

The right size for larger (fill in) tickets. Would be fine for "strip tickets" of course, but we needed something to tumble the 3X3-1/2 or larger stubs. This product is solid, well built, turns easily on the base and has a locking access door. The ticket slot has a slide to allow it to be open or closed (during tumbling). Can't ask for anything else! A bit heavy but not bad. To be expected for the thickness of acrylic.
