This is really effective for back pain, easy to prepare cold or hot and comfortable to wear.

Lumbar spine injury this honestly gives me great relief. Havent used ice pack but the heat pad is great. Some people say it leaks but i have not had any issues and i use it 3 or 4 times a day. Heated in microwave for 30 seconds. Great product.

Absolutely excellent. I was in sever discomfort with back pain to the extent that I could not walk unaided. This has been a lifesaver. It is comfortable, covers a large area of lower back and helps to dissipate the pain quickly. The fact that there are two icepacks means one can be cooling while you wear the other. I’ve left holding out to review this, wanted to try it a few times. First of all works great but sadly over time a month or so the heat pack decides to explode so just left with a belt….

Having said that I only use it for cold, not hot. I used to use nexcare belts as they were originally given to me after a back operation. two sets of Nexcare belts the packs ended up leaking. With the Newgo. you get two cold/hot pads per pack. Personally I use two at a time in the belt and I have to wear them pretty much all day. I have two sets of 2 pads and rotate them in the freezer. So far after three months no leakage, no sign of wear on the pads. If I was being super critical I would say that their standard of velcro is not great and is starting to fray. The belt still stays on correctly and snugly so I cannot put it down a mark

I sustained a back injury a couple of years ago. Three bulging discs in my lower back. It's taken a lot of physical therapy and exercise to recover from. I've got ice packs and they work for what I need them for. They don't stay cold for much longer than 15-20 minutes, but they're okay. But then I hurt my left shoulder a few months ago, and those ice packs weren't working so well. Very awkward and I couldn't adjust them to where I needed the cold to be. I needed something that worked better. I found these. There's a lot of shoulder packs to find on Amazon but I didn't like how so many of them looked super bulky. It's good to have ice where you need it, but I also like mobility. I found Newgo and decided I would try it out. I love this company's products so much that I decided to check to see if they had ice packs for your back. When I saw they do I didn't hesitate to make the purchase. This pack stays comfortably on my lower back and doesn't move. It's so easy to put the ice pack in and just as easy to put on. The velcro is solid but not so solid you can't get it on but not back off. It works like a dream. This is very reasonably priced and, unlike the shoulder pack, this comes with 2 gel packs. I use both to alternate heat and ice as needed. I know enough chiropractors, massage therapists, and physical therapists to know that the rule for muscles is 15 minutes of heat and 15 minutes of ice. With this you can do both and it is wonderful and comfortable. Like I've told my little brother, when you get older it's like the check engine light is always on, so it is good to stock up on items that improve your quality of life. Something in/on your body is going to flare up and hurt eventually, so it's good to have an ice pack ready for it when it does. This is a pretty good company to go with. I'm impressed with their products.

I have a few of these and when you have back pain it gives a lot of relief. Great benefit to be able to walk around doing kitchen duties and it stays in place well

Easy to wear. The gel packs can be frozen or heated. Straps on to your body so that you can continue your activities whilst wearing. It’s a durable pouch. Great product.

Great product, good quality with small little details like a sealable bag for the freezer pack, a welcome note and clear instructions for heating. So far it’s helping my back pain, so thank you for a great product!

Works as expected. Will fit a wide range of sizes. I used it on my hip after an injection and it worked great.
