Great tiny caviar spoon for a very reasonable price.
My wife decided to have Russia-themed meal for her book club when she was hosting the meeting to discuss "A Gentleman in Moscow." Fantastic book, BTW. Well, I could not just let her use an old metal baby spoon for the caviar, now could I? Since it will probably be used only rarely we did not want to spend much at all so this seemed perfect. As others have mentioned it is TINY, about 2 inches long with a bowl about 3/8" across, if that, but it is what you need, I suppose, for putting a small dollop or two of caviar atop your water cracker and creme fraiche. I was concerned that it might be cheap looking, but it looks plenty nice enough. The meeting was a great success, though the ladies seemed more interested in the freezer-cold Russian Standard vodka than the caviar.

Spoons for tea & honey.
These are the 5" size. Most of these mother of pearl spoons are for caviar that the description mentiones. But I use these for honey.( Most use a wooden spoon, but a non-metalic is ideal since they will react to some herbs & raw honey) The spoons are pretty and make me happy.

Great caviar spoon
Really fine piece of mother of pearl. Well crafted. Needed to replace spoon that had a thick lip. This one seems great and will find out on Valentines Day!

Product was fine, if both of them showed up
Ordered two separate 2.5 in spoons and received one. I believe it was not the fault of the person sending, but the people who packaged it. They are very tiny (obviously) and the one I did receive was just thrown in the bottom of a box that had the tape ripped on the bottom, where the other spoon likely fell through during shipping.

These spoons are very thin and very small. I have other caviar spoons and quality-wise, these are not good. I would return them but it's not worth the trouble.

Shiny shiny shiny
4.7 inches is the right length for adding sugar and stirring our lattes. We use regular teacups NOT mugs… and we wash our spoons by hand; these beauties deserve our caring touch!
