Awesome Quality

Great Sound, fully featured
worked perfectly on Teams calls. No more complaints about bad audio from earlier set. I like how it autotunes the sound/music to your ear capabilities I.e amplifies frequencies you are bad at hearing. The "Talk Through" feature is great as you can hold a normal conversation with others whilst wearing. Overall I give it top rating.

A pretty solid headset
Firstly, if you want a headset which is primarily for entertainment use, I’m sure there are better ones in the market. If you want a headset for work or even for combination of work and leisure these are a great choice.Sound quality is fantastic, they’re not particularly heavy, noise cancellation is fantastic and mic quality is great.Couple of downsides though, firstly they aren’t going to connect to everything so you can forget about it connecting to your games consoles, they’ll connect to PCs and phones fine though.Biggest downside is that the one I bought doesn’t work fully. It was a painfully slow charge so I sent it back and it was replaced. Unfortunately the one that I got as a replacement can’t detect when it is being worn (which limits some of the features). Another downside is that the headset is that it can start to hurt your ears if you wear it too often (what I mean by that is for hours at a time) but in fairness you do get used to it.All in all, a decent headset although I questions Jabra’s quality assurance processes.

Underwhelming.
Like a lot of people, I started working from home during the pandemic. Once rules relaxed, our company continued to work from home on a permanent basis, so that gave me the green light to start investing in a better office setup at home.My desk is located in an open-plan ground floor home, which I, on occasion, share with a noisy co-worker (my 3 year old son). As such, having a headset that would allow me to drown out background noise, so that I could focus on Teams calls, and work in general, seemed like a great idea.I spent a while looking at various premium headsets for work use. I saw many recommendations for the Jabra Evolve2 75. There were some features that appealed to me, such as dual band bluetooth (so I could control media on either my laptop or my phone, or take calls on either), being wireless (coming from a cheapo wired headset, this was a big upgrade point), and having a cradle to store and charge the headset (my old ones were racked on the side of my laptop!).I decided to take the plunge - after all, so many people praised things such as the ANC, all-day wearability, etc., the cost-to-value ratio should be worth it...I've had this headset a few weeks now, and to be honest, I am sorely disappointed. The ANC is poor - I can hear pretty much everything, doesn't really help that much with draining out the background noises so I can focus. After about an hour of wearing this headset, my ears start to get sore - which is the same as my cheapo headset. Very disappointing. There's some other issues as well - there's a feature turned on by default that plays your own voice back to you when you're speaking - very jarring at first, but I got used to it - at least, that is, until my son started bashing something in the background, and the headset decided to amplify that noise into my ears. After that, I had to turn the setting off.The cradle is awkward - you have to align the headset into it properly, otherwise it will just fall out, or not charge. I don't own the previous model of this, but the cradle for that looks much more intuitive.Flipping the boom arm down to answer calls is kinda cool, but it's a bit gimmicky really? The only way I have found to then subsequently mute myself is to move the boom back upwards, and the last thing I want to be doing when I want to be quiet, is fiddling around with the microphone - it feels like flawed design.I have a pair of Anker Soundcore Q20 headphones that I bought for £40 that basically do the job as good or better than this headset does - I can wear them for hours without it being uncomfortable, the ANC is better, they're wireless and I can make calls on them.

Hurts the ears during prolonged use
It's a great headset but I can't wear it for more than 4 hours a day as it does get painful on the ears.

Good sound but poor microphone
I've been using this at work for Teams meetings. I certainly can't fault the sound quality or the comfort. However, my work colleagues frequently complain of not being able to hear me or my voice breaking up. I think this is due to the, IMV, too short microphone arm. To improve the situation I have to move the right ear piece to the front of my ear so the arm is in front of my mouth. Maybe I have a funny shaped head or something but considering the price of this headset, I'm not massively pleased. If the microphone was better I'd give it a 5, as it is a 3. Maybe if you have a smaller head it'll work better for you.
