Google Pixel 6 5G, US Version, 128GB, Stormy Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

Bought Google 6 used and he loves it. Has had it almost 6 months now and still loves it. Bought both of our pixels refurbished and we probably won't ever go back to having anything but pixels nor will we go back to buying brand new phones or payment plans for phones. Best decision was buying refurbished phones outright.

Package arrived on time and item appeared to be in perfect condition. Very well packaged also. Awesome job

Acabo de recibir en Costa Rica el teléfono, que está catalogado como excelente estado en mi caso. Aún es el primer día con él y sólo puedo dar una primera opinión, confiando en que nada falle en los próximos días. El teléfono llegó en el doble de tiempo del previsto, pero entiendo que no es culpa de Amazon ni de DHL, sino que los teléfonos renovados que entran en este país, pueden ser retenidos en aduanas, se necesita aportar una documentación extra y eso lo retrasa bastante. El teléfono llegó en la caja original y con los pocos accesorios que trae también originales, que por lo que he visto en otros comentarios no es lo habitual. Llegó sin el más mínimo rastro de uso, impecable como de fábrica. En un primer momento, parecía tener problemas en la pantalla pues aparecían bandas horizontales, y también parecía presentar errores de funcionamiento. Lo actualicé a Android 14, y ahora todo ( hasta donde lo he probado) funciona a la perfección, rápido y muy fluido. Estoy encantado con el teléfono y el estado impecable en el que llegó. He hecho unas pocas fotos de prueba y estoy muy sorprendido con lo buenas que son.Eso lo escribí el primer día, ahora estoy cansado y muy decepcionado. Siguió presentando fallos, traté de recibir asistencia en el chat de Amazon y solo conseguí que fueran pasándome continuamente con otra persona y nadie me dio solución, incluso el último dió por finalizado el chat cuando yo estaba escribiéndole. Escribí al vendedor y no recibí respuesta. Hice todo lo que se recomienda en la página de google y los fallos no se resolvieron. Al final era dificil hasta encenderlo. Apenas conseguí hacerlo una última vez para borrarle todos mis datos. Ahora estoy en proceso de devolución y veremos cómo me va.Finalmente, tras mil chats frustrantes en los que me iban pasando de una persona a otra y debía volver a explicar todo desde el principio cada vez, varios e-mails, tener que enviar la documentación varias veces porque siempre parecía que faltaba algo o que no se leía bien, etc., por fin he recibido la devolución del dinero en mi cuenta y ya me puedo olvidar del tema.

The phone came in a generic box with only a brand new (not the original) USB-C cable and a protective glass attached. It is working perfectly, the battery seems fine, and the exterior is unmarked except for the bottom side near the USB port.It is responsive and has a wonderful camera.I am satisfied with the purchase.

Phone appears to be new and unused. Can't ask for anything more than that.

I was a little hesitant at first to be a used/refurbished phone but as soon as I got it in the mail ,(less then 24 hours after ordering and 2 days before Xmas, shipping doesn't get any better then that....) I knew I had nothing to worry about cuz phone looks brand new I couldn't find ANY scratches or dings or anything that would make the phone look pre-owned.And first time using a google Pixel (,previous phones were always Samsung Galaxy) and I'm impressed. The phone i had right before this was a Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra which "bricked" itself after less then a year of owning it. This google Pixel 6 is already a couple years old so I wasn't expecting much but it is definitely faster then my s23 Ultra.So for less then $200 this is a steal. If your considering it just buy it.

ive had this phone for a year now, refurbished by amazon. decent camera, very durable with basic case, simple and very customizable ui. would recommend to anyone

Pros:-Phone was super easy to setup (took less than 5 minutes to reconnect to my old google account and get that setup on my new phone)-No scratches, scuffs, etc. on anywhere on the phone-Despite needing to clear cache and data on sim card before the service provider was fully setup, it was super easy to do soCons:-Phone screen itself does not sense my touch or swipe almost 80% of the time (even with no screen protector and higher screen sensitivity turned on in the settings)- Screen at one point glitched out completely, showing a bunch of white lines and bars going across the screen (left to right). Could only fix this by force restarting the phone (holding power and up-volume button at the same time).-Finger sensor does not work at all (with and without screen protector). Just says there is an error and the phone is unable to use finger scanner (which is extremely frustrating when phone screen doesn't react to swipes or touch either).Overall, I have only had this phone since last week (since Wednesday 5/14). The phone itself is very nice, stays cool, charges well (not really quickly), and serves it's purpose. But you need A LOT of patience.
