I have watched many of Dr. Berg's videos with great enthusiasm through the years and he has now become one of my favorite holistic media doctors. It is because of his lectures that I have purchased this amazing product. Dr. Berg emphasizes the importance of combining vitamin K2 with vitamin D3 in order for D3 to maximize the full range of its immune support functions. Dr. Berg also includes magnesium, zinc, the natural form of vitamin B6 (Pyridoxol 5 Phosphate) and other therapeutic compounds in his formula. I’ve been very happy with this vitamin D supplement. It’s easy to take and doesn’t cause any nausea or stomach discomfort, which has been an issue for me with other brands. After taking it consistently, my vitamin D levels improved at my next check, which I was pleased to see. I usually take it at night along with magnesium, and it fits well into my routine and helps me wind down for the evening. Overall, this has been a high-quality supplement that works well for me. Excellent source of Vitamin D, it has the cofactors to make the vitamin D absorb and work well. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no taste or smell. My whole family takes this and we plan on continuing to use this excellent product.

Good but I wish he'd put more K2 in the formulation so I didn't have to still buy and take another K2 pill.

This is an amazing product. I am a Dr Berg fan and I respect his research and knowledge. I will purchase this brand as long as it’s available. It is nice to only have to take one pill and it has vitamin k2, which helps my body to absorb the vitamin D better. I feel like it keeps my immune system working well.

Easy to swallow, they are not to big, helps your immune system for sure, I try to take these when someone around me is starting to get sick. So far it has helped.

I like this combined vitamin very much. First, 10.000 IU vit D3 per capsule (I never take a capsule but drop the powder in water and drink) and then the additional K2 you need as well. I take it now every day and feel the difference already.

Good Quality, I bought this for a friend of mine who came out of a very hard disease and she's taking this supplement daily and is so happy with it, also very fast delivery

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall ...I used to get this "insufficient level" result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed "sufficient level" on May 2025. I'm happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
