What size liquid medication vial does it work on? 1,10, 20ml?

I mainly use it for taking child proof caps off of stock bottles to dispense to patients who request easy open. It works on a huge array of sizes including 4 oz to 12 oz liquids.

Is the steel hardened? or this is cheapo steel that will crumble upon opening the bottle?

I've used it quite a few times and the steel has stayed the same - no bending or crumbling. However, I do have a difficult time getting the outer caps off some prescription bottles!! I wind up cutting them off with a wire snipper.

Big bottle 2 3/8 inch across push and turn- does it work?

Hello... I've never opened any bottle that big. If this comes from a pharmacy you might bring it there and see if they can pop off the cap for you. I've used it to open child proof medicine bottles and the largest one I opened was just over 1 3/4 inches. That was a large size Miralax container but larger than that I truly don't know. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help. But do try the pharmacy and see if they can open it for you. Good Luck!!
