The sharpest Knife I've ever bought new
Highly recommend this knife. This type of knife is exactly what I like to carry on my person and in the car. The Blade came with a razors edge.. sharp enough it was trimming the hair off my arm in one sweep! the emergency blade in the bottom is amazing as well, along with the Glass breaker at the bottom. the clip is also rather strong and as broken in well in just a few days of wear on my hip.I advocate this style of knife for so many reasons,-the amazingly sharp blade right from the box!-the serrated bottom of the blade for needing to cut any small branches for survival-the emergency blade for seatbelts if they are jammed in a car wreck-the emergency glass buster on the bottom for the same as above. Will be making this knife a regular blade and replacing if it ever wears out or won't sharpen anymore.-one side note. If you know your knifes, i highly recommend using some kind of light oil when you are first working the action of the blade. I used a simple oil for hair clippers. though I'm sure there's something better out there you can use to protect the retention bolt for the blade.

Well made, sharp out of the box, feels good in your hand
The media could not be loaded. This knife exceeded my expectations for the price. It literally shaved the hair off of my hand out of the box. Well weighted, feels good to carry. Def my edc now bc of the price and sharpness of the blade. You can't beat it for the price hands down. Im a collector and have budget knives, to name brand and this is one i would buy again. Smith n Wesson always comes through

A lot of knife for the money
I was a little skeptical , I mean what can one expect for a knife under $20 bucks right. I have to say I was very surprised at the quality of this knife. It was very comfortable in the hand, looked great and came razor sharp. Opening the knife for the first time was a little stiff and the knife needs to be worked in. I ended up putting a few drops of Lucas gun lube on the point and opened and closed it 20-30 times and now opens easily. I have a few other knives, some with ceramic bearing in the pivot point, and although this knife will never open quite that nice, it can be open now without the wrist flick. I gave this to my son, he loves it.

Decent
This knife has sat in my truck for years. I refer to it as ol reliable when I don't have my EDC knife on me that day. Weight feels good. Maybe because it's old but the clip broke off I'm personally unbothered by it

I had SOG knives similar to this one.
The keeper is better attached than on this knife than on the SOG knives. The knife is sharp and seems to hold an edge well. It doesn't seem as polished a design as the SOG knives, but it does stay attached to my pocket better than the SOG knives. The keeper issues with the SOG knives cost me two knives. This seems like a better deal than the SOG knives.

Good reasonably priced knife
Love the knife. Definitely deserves 5 stars. It feels sturdy and all the little features it has makes it even better. One thing though, I personally do not like is how you open the knife. There is really only meant to be one way. This is by pushing on a little piece of metal, and then pulling it out the rest of the way. To me it is different than other knifes where you pull the blade out by pulling the blade. But that is just my opinion. Great knife overall, good job Smith & Wesson

Decent knife, crappy lock
I rolled the dice on this knife and while the blade is pretty decent, especially for the price point, I’m disappointed in the locking mechanism. I have to open the knife carefully because if I flick it like I do my other knives, the lock actually passes the notch on the blade and gets stuck requiring a tool to wedge it back in place allowing the knife to be closed. It’s a design flaw that could be easily rectified. I’ll probably have to replace this knife because of that issue. I liked the idea of a restraint cutter and window breaking point on my knife, but not if I need a separate tool to get it to close every single time I open it.
