Just like old times
Love this phone. It’s just like the one we had when I was a child. Same color too. Then my mom switched to the push button, same color, until she got a Victorian style. My living room is more of an early sixties vibe, which is why I chose this classic & not the more1950’s styles. I’m only using it for decor, so I can’t comment on how it sounds or if connection is good or not, though now I’m tempted to get a landline. It does have the modern feature of hands free, but that’s fine.It really is helping to pull the retro look together, but I still have a bit to go before my house is completely looking mid-century.

Poor sound quality
Phone had high hopes but the sound quality isn’t good. No directions came with the box on how to properly operate it. One would think it was as simple as picking up the phone and dialing, not the case here. You have to push the button and you NEVER know if you have hung up on someone. No phone call is ever private because it is always on speaker. If I misread the description my apologies. Well made, looks great just not user friendly

Call it nostalgia!
I like this phone a lot but the ringer is a bit too loud. Unfortunately, there is no ringer volume control so I'd have to unplug it every night or every time I leave the house. I don't want to disturb the neighbors. But other than that, the sound quality is very good and it really looks so cute!

Looks good, Noise on the line
I love the look of this phone, hate the lightweight feeling of the handset, but more than anything, I don't like that I couldn't use the phone without hearing clicking on the line. I had technicians out checking the lines outside the house and inside, convinced it was a service issue. They ran every test they had, but ultimately, the problem ended up being the phone itself. Bummer. Missed the return window and am stuck with it.

Bought as decor
While it would be fun to use this, I’m not going to pay for a land line. I bought it as decor since I like things from my childhood. It’s pretty & fun.
