I like Jamieson and trust them to use natural vitamine. You may see sometime other brand vitamine that have 10 000% of daily needed dose but these are bad. the reason you need so much of it is they are less potent and synthetic. It also cause deficiency for other vitamine and deplete the antioxidant in your body to absorb them. But vitamine from jamieson always use pur natural vitamine that doesnt cause these problem. i highly recommend them.

I started this multi at the recommendation of my nutritionist since I am a complex patient with multiple medical issues, at a time when I needed the B vitamins etcetera due to poor oral intake. At the time, on chemo, I was very nauseous and dealing with taste alteration. I bought these at random and was surprised to find how well I could tolerate them. They are coated and slim, much smaller than your average multi or prenatal vitamin. They are smaller than my calcium softgels. They do not taste like a salt bomb, they do not taste like anything thanks to the coating I think. I never leave reviews but wanted to this time because it may help someone with complex medical issues choose something more likely to work for them. Get well warriors!

The other vitamins were orange and I dumped these into the same jar, so the blue colour makes it easy to finish the orange ones before starting these (the blue ones). Otherwise buy them based on an adequate amount of each vitamin and cost per unit.
