The color is nowhere near the pictured shade. It doesn’t look like “frosty rose with tangerine undertone” (for whatever that means anyways). It looks more like a “hot tomato sauce with pasta undertone” shade...my photo doesn’t bring it across quite right, but perhaps that’s the entire issue: This shade may be difficult to convey accurately via photos. Have to throw it away - unfortunately $17 spent for nothing.

The manufacturer of this lipstick, evidently thinks it is cute the way they packaged this lipstick.To me plain and simple, (I am a very busy person), since it came in a package that said push here and records???I sure did "not" think it was funny. Then I spent the next ten minutes trying to figure out how to open it, who sent it and what the heck it was??? The message on it was so silly, that I guessed it was some type of a bonus gift from someone I had ordered with? It said push here to record? It is not cute, or funny, very poor packaging!It made you think it was device to play a song or record. Also the bottom of the lipstick is so small that you cannot pull it out - and have a really hard time doing so??? Crazy! Really disappointed, please package your products appropriately! I don't have time to figure out your little puzzles of how to use the container, or what it was really intended for? Frankly, wish I had not purchased this, as the stick is really silly. A time waster figuring out what it was, very hard to open, and also hard to use! Package lipstick correctly please!

2 stars because of the cute packaging and sleek case and it felt good on my lips. I knocked off stars because I was hoping that the color wouldn't be as orange and it was VERY orange. I was hoping for some reddish tint in there since the photo depicted a sort of burnt sienna-is color but it was too orange for my taste. With that said, I'm willing to try a different color - wish me luck!UPDATE: I just tried 303 but will be returning it as well. I bought it after reading some of the reviews that mentioned it was a good color for darker skin. Unfortunately, it looked too plain on me. I was hoping for some brown/brick undertones but it didn't give my lips much of a hue. But I did like the way it felt, so will be trying one more color to give it one more go - this time with 305. Plus, I do so appreciate the packaging since I collect vinyl!UPDATE: I tried to order 305, instead I received 301; initiated a replacement and when I finally received 305, I was very disappointed. It's not dark at all and is very light. As others have noted, neither the photos in the description or the color on the box accurately reflect the real/"in-person" lipstick color. I will be returning. I gave it 4 tries and all failed.

Driest, unflattering reddish tinted lip color. Not a brand I’d ever consider again. Try brands you can trust like MAC, Charlotte, Lancôme for instance and others tried on at stores to be sure.

The color was not as dark as the picture shows. It was actually more of a berry color - maybe a shade or two lighter than the picture shows. Disappointed. The coverage didn't last and the moisture went away shortly after applying the lipstick.
