Regular time vs. military time

The is 'military' time. That way you can't confuse AM & PM. Just add 12 to the PM time you want. 7 pm is 1900.

Is this only alarms? Or can I set a 3 hour timer as well?

Hello Thanks for the question. Yes you can set a countdown alarm every 3 hours. Once the alarm goes off you just press a button to restart it again. Thanks The TabTime Team

I am looking for a pill box for my daughter. Is there a way to lock the alarm so she can't accidentally change the time on it?

You can't lock the box, but changing the time is kind of complicated, you won't do it accidentally. I've had to reset the clock a couple of times (it can gain time). I set a 'sample' time when I was setting it up, set up my 3 times, inactivated the 'sample' time, and after some time I was able to delete the 'sample'. I have 3 pills I want to take at 8 am & pm and one at 5 pm. It really has made my timing life so much easier. I just remember to take the box with me & it works beautifully. Good luck.

Does this protect medication from high and low temperatures?
