Works like a charm*
If you are looking for an internal plug-and-play solution, this is about as close as you are going to get. Pricey - without a doubt. Free same day shipping from a retailer that accepts returns without question - absolutely. I've gone through plenty of eBay hell with Hackintosh already, I might have already spent this much.I was able to install this right below my graphics card and route the REQUIRED internal USB connector in such a way you cannot see either. Upon first boot I had Wifi! System report had Bluetooth missing - rage ensued like many other reviewers. Then I remember my Clover config.plist, SSDT-USB.aml, and UEFI were explicitly turning off USB ports to get me under the 15 port limit. After I shuffled a few things around Bluetooth was working exactly as expected. This might be the problem many people are having, especially if you blindly grabbed an EFI folder off some random forum post. You should try to debug a little before returning as I find this to be a good clean solution over the USB nubs for Wifi and Bluetooth. This product works with High Sierra exactly as described.

Easy install and working great
Awesome! I've had my Hackintosh running for literally a full year and I finally have solid Bluetooth and WiFi. Although I don't really use the Wifi since I use Ethernet, the wifi certainly works. Gave it a try and it's providing equal speed to my MacBook Air. The Bluetooth was the real selling point for me and I am pleased with how well it works. I've got my Apple trackpad connected as well as an Apple keyboard. The instructions were super simple. I followed them to the letter and Bam!!! The card worked perfectly on restart. I haven't tried Handoff yet but this thing is working so well I doubt I'll have any issues. Also the seller was great, fast shipping and as mentioned the instructions were easy. It's definitely a pricey option but if you want solid Bluetooth and Wifi on your hackintosh I highly recommend this card.

WiFi stopped working.
Product was shipped very fast and the instructions were clear. Installation went perfect and the device worked perfect, I was very happy with how easy it was. Then 2 weeks later the WiFi suddenly stops working. Tried contacting the company but no response. I’m going to try waiting a few more days in hope they can help me if not I’m going to send it back before my return window closes.

Device itself is pretty cool. Instructions are crappy but it's honestly what you need to get it to work. At first the bluetooth was the only thing to work. I was on the verge of returning it but then saw someone else's review and decided to give the installation instructions another try. The biggest take away from it all is to make sure the cable is positioned in the order they specify, it's really not a matter of plugging it in to the USB 2.0 port and using it. Once properly adjusted, make sure the Black is on the left side and the grey on the right. i had it the other way around for hours and once I made sure the angle was correct, it worked. Also, I can confirm that this is works on a High Sierra Hackintosh

Plug-and-Play for Windows and MacOS, Great Performance
This is pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I have faster WiFi with this (975 Mbps) than with my old WiFi card (700 Mbps) and the Bluetooth performance is absolutely insane. I can use my Bose QC-35s and my AirPods from anywhere in my house with no distortions whatsoever. The icing on the cake is that this was 100 percent plug-and-play. After all the time I spent getting MacOS running and booting just right it was refreshing not to have to scour Google for a solution.

Did not work as described. Added this to my Hackintosh rig and the wifi worked out of the box, but the bluetooth did not. I tried emailing the company but didn't get any response. I ended up finding a post on a forum where another user had the same issue. Turns out the product id showing in the system report was different than the product id in the OSXWIFI product description which seemed to be the problem. I ended up returning this and going with a bluetooth dongle that worked out of the box without issues.

The only thing I would advise is to grab a longer WiFi antenna to connect to the back of the card
Awesome this thing as mentioned works right OOB for a Hackintosh. Native WiFi/Bluetooth support for handoff and Unlock with Apple Watch. The only thing I would advise is to grab a longer WiFi antenna. Connected the one from my ASUS PCE-AC56 to help with bluetooth range, other than that installation and use was a breeze.
