Nice addition to my medicine cabinet
Been using this after being in crowded places and if I feel that tell-tale sign of something being "off" in my nose after I heard it can help fight or lessen germs that collect. Not sure if it's proven science, but has worked very well for me so far.

Iodine nasal spray.
A good nasal spray to use if you’re going to be around crowds of people, for instance on an airplane recommended by a Doctor Who uses it before he goes into surgery to protect, not only the patient but himself.

Bad product
Don’t buy from this company. I was sent product that was probably outdated. It looks old and some kind of substance on the outside of container. The use by date was confidently covered. They will not take returns. It was delivered at least 3 weeks late!

Easy to use and seems to help.
Very easy to use on a daily basis. Less congestion and generally feel better since beginning use about ten days ago.
