The media could not be loaded. The scanner was Plug and Play worked great and continues to work great almost 3 years later. Had an issue with the cord after a couple years and customer service was extremely responsive and helpful and polite.

Purchased this to use in an educational setting. Our learners and educators check in and out for classes and workshops. Gets regular use from 70-100 people a day and so far no problems (in use for about 2 months). Set-up was very easy, just plugged it in, scanned a couple setting codes and worked immediately with our attendance software. Our clients have a range of digital literacy levels and those that previously had difficulty with our entry-level handheld scanner were very excited with the upgrade.Reads laminated barcodes printed from our copier, you can put a barcode in front of it in almost any direction/angle and it seems to work just fine. It does scan from screens (for example if you took a picture of a barcode with your phone) but takes a little more time depending on the image size and screen brightness. Overall very impressed! I am sure the higher-end, more expensive scanners are worth it for some, but for the price we are very happy with this scanner!

Bought one unit for a pathology lab to test, and possibly buy more. So far customer is very happy. Only thing they requested was the ability to mount it under/behind monitors so that they can scan papers all day long. Manufacturer should think about making it flexible by offering a mount/casing for those who would like the unit to tilt or mount in a way that it is facing down. We cannot mount these behind monitors because our monitors have curved surface on the back so the only unit we are using was attached to a monitor screen using an adhesive on the back (so the scanner is basically hanging facing down). I have been asked to solve mounting problem and place order for 19 additional units.

Easy to use and quick encoding respnse. Tiny size... I love it.I will use it for registeration of attendances in seminar by scanning QR Code.It returned NULL string for two-bytes languages like Korean and Chinese, when I scanned QR code.If decoding issues of two-bytes languages is solved, it will be perfect!

We plugged the scanner in and it worked perfectly. It seems to read barcodes from any angle, which is much better than with the scanner we were using (which was also a lot more expensive). I just recommended this to another Rotary Club that is using barcodes to track member attendance.

Hi there, i have received the barcode reader but there are some issues setting up one of the two i have purchased. Please how can you assist?

la configuracion es exelente se configura solo, como pongas el qr lo lee, su alcanse de lectura es como de 2 pies, le tome una foto con el celular al qr y lo puse en el escaner y lo reconocio sin problemas en pocas palabras un exelente producto
