Awful
This stuff is awful. It stays on for about two minutes then comes right off. Don't even blink because it comes off in chunks and gets in your eyes. I used to buy Max Factor eyeliner in the drug stores years ago. Then they stopped making it and I haven't been able to find it again until now. I loved it before. It stayed on well and when it says "waterproof" you expect it to last longer than not waterproof. It's a complete scam for the price. I feel completely ripped off. Don't waste your money.

Quality decreased dramatically over years.
Max Factor eye liner standards have dropped dramatically. The type they sold in drug stores prior to moving out of the U.S. was awesome. It allowed precise applications and stayed on the eye lids long into the night. The new brands are cheaply made with big applicators; flakes off into the eyes; and only last about one hour. The liquid in the container dries and may last a week. Come on Max Factor...you can do much better. Dedicated customers in the past know what you are capable of producing.

Ordered this colour as black wasn't in stock, not much difference in colour at all, i always do a test on my hand to see if it will smudge or budge, washed up no running or smudging, the only way it is coming off is if you really rub it, great value for money and will be wearing to work in a hot kitchen where I know it will stay put 😀
