Catches the Roaches
We have a roach issue in our garage. Probably because of our plastic containers (with lids) containing dry dog food for our yellow lab. I have these traps all along the edges inside our garage and they do a great job. Very sticky. I have no bait in these. Knock on wood - contained in garage only.

Bug ignore these traps
i have place those traps where the activity was and the bugs seem to just ignore them. Do not buy this product. It is a waste of your money. its been 3 weeks now and the traps are still empty.

Iffy
I can't say these work really well or not. If you're swarmed with roaches yes? Especially with infestations but if you're trying to catch a roach that you've seen somewhere then no. I do catch a lot of house centipedes, they eat silverfish. The silverfish... they somehow bypass these and even the German roaches too. The food used to attract critters doesn't really work... I place these traps near doorways and under the microwave, stove and fridge.

Works well but no paralyser
The media could not be loaded. Same type of sticky trap as the plastic Roach Motel though thin cardboard so inside only. They seem to work from tiny newly hatched to adult german roaches. There seems not to be any paralysing chemicals so the roach just struggles to get free til it dies and unlike the expensive Roach motels you can easily see there plight to try and escape
