By any chance I could put them on my e-bike it takes 26x4.1 tire?

The tire size in this item listing is for a 17 inch rim diameter. Your e- bike requires a 26 inch diameter tire. AND this Michelin is mounted to a 3.5 inch width rim normally.

what is the manufacture date of these tires?

Could not find a date on the side wall. If you know where to look I will gladly check again. When they arrived they felt and smelled like fresh brand new tires. They have been giving great traction for my driving style.

Is the delivery timely?

The vendor used at the time of my order happened to be within my state and county, so it was at my door in 2 days. And, the 4-digit date code was within an 8 month window.. freshly manufactured!

Is this front tire ztr a model 2ct ?

This is a single-compound tire, NOT the 2CT.
