This is the good stuff. It's not the cheapest and you don't get as much in the pot as others. But the ingredients are clearly top-notch. They're the methylated bio-available versions so your body doesn't need to convert them first like the cheap versions. I've been taking this to help the bodies natural ability to clear histamines and i've noticed a massive difference with this versus cheaper ones from here. Sticking with this.

I bought this high-strength methylated B complex with B6, folate, and B12. As a vegetarian, it’s been a good addition to my diet to help cover my vitamin needs. The capsules are easy to take and the quality seems good.

These tablets are a good strength so I'm assuming that they will work. I absolutely hate the taste and gag every time but hey it will be worth it !

These are economical having all vit B in one, they are easy to swallow with just the right strength, they are effective I've noticed a difference in energy levels
