Does what is says on the tin
I bought this to cover some splash stains bleeding through my newly painted kitchen wall, above the sink area. Two coats of stain blocker applied with a brush, then a few coats of the emulsion reapplied over it. It looks as good as new, no splash stains showing at all. Excellent for my required purpose

Needs more than one
Good value, easy to use but stains require two or three coats. Small tin goes a long way. Brushes easy to clean.
