I get ear wax buildup about every 3-months. I have found that flushing my ears with wax removal drops help reduce throat drainage and improve hearing. This is the best price I could find. 5-Stars

Work as well as name brand

lie down on your side with towel under your head. administer drops. be patient. put in many drops. wait 15 minutes or so. repeat in other ear. use tissues or paper towels because it is a little messy. take a shower to flush out ears. donot put anything smaller than index finger with well trimmed fingernail in your ear, repeat as necessary. it does work.

I bought these for my Dad because his doctor prescribed them, but since it was an over the counter item, it was more expensive at the pharmacy so I bought it here at Amazon and this is how it compares. One bottle cost $9 at the pharmacy where I live, while here I get three for $12. That’s like $4 each bottle. I’m definitely buying more if I need to. It’s good to have some around since it helps remove any wax in ears and it’s working. My Dad’s hearing is even better now after using this for a couple of days. I totally recommend it.

The same as name brand but better deal. The little plastic dropper bottle is easy to use. I can easily count the drops going intoy ear. I find it easier than those long glass type droppers on some of the brands out there. .

Product seems to function similar to competitors, but one of the three bottles arrived with missing inner cap and was completely useless. Did not discover defect until after the 30 day return window had expired. UPDATE: I ordered this product a third time and the label was missing on one of the bottles. Based on this issue and the issue discussed above regarding my prior order, I can only conclude that the manufacturer lacks appropriate quality control procedures. Therefore I am returning the order as I would not place anything in my ears received from an unreliable manufacturer.

They work! Follow the instructions and work on one ear at a time. Lay your head sideways for approximately 15 minutes, then flush your ear with whatever method works for you. I use an Earbrite Premium water powered ear cleaner and have been happy with the results. I use hearing aids that give annoying feedback if you have wax in your ears. It's a pretty strong motivator to keep my ears clean because once all the wax is gone, the hearing aids are perfect with no feedback. You might need to do the ear drops/flush activity a few times a day if you have stubborn, i.e., dry, ear wax, but it will be worth the effort and investment of time. Happy hearing everyone!

One of the only products that worked for me !!

They don't tell us all we need to know on the packaged instructions. Yes, tilt your head and add a few drops. Yes we'll hear crackling sounds as it works and yes it will feel and sound odd and a bit uncomfortable the first time. But what they don't tell us is what to do after that because of how thick the stuff is mixed with the earwax it doesn't fall out on its own. And using a cotton swab will only mash it deeper in. The only real solution is a water bulb type syringe pressed against the side of the ear canal but not blocking it. Best to use warm but not hot or scalding water. Best done while in the shower and keep squirting the water in. Within moments - depending on the water pressure going in, a waxy mess will shoot out. Mine did and hit the wall. It was a sheer triumph feeling as I could finally hear normal again.
