From start to finish all was perfect. Have not been taken long enough to see a big change but it takes time, there is no miracle cure... I know its fish as you can smell in the capsule.

I have not noticed any changes at all. I am keeping an open mind by starting on a second course. Maybe it takes more time to work. If after the second course is complete and there is still no change I will stop taking it.

So big and weird smelling they make me retch!
These are really hard to swallow and I'm usually completely fine with tablets and capsules. They have a weird smell and are way too big. I've not noticed any discernable changes in skin or hair either.
