Have been using it for 10+ years. Can be used on nearly every surface. Leaves no residue. Very gentle on hands. I have sensitive skin and almost all cleaners, including vim liquid, leave my hands with cracked and inflammed skin. But this cleaner doesn't dry out my hands. No fragrance, good for sensitive noses as well.

Arrived today. Only used it once. Like- 1) MOPPING - Much less steaks left on the floor. 2) KITCHEN - Used it to clean the gas stainless steel stove and granite kitchen, did a good job. 3) sturdy bottle used, no leakage. Dislike- 1) No fragrance 2) Though the bottle is sturdy the outer top was a little damaged but it had an inner tight seal so there was no leakage.

The seal of the bottle was open and cap spoiled. Cap was taped, clearly means it was broken cap at the time of packing and delivery. Some liquid was also leaked.

The lid was not sealed and it is open and not closing also very loose. I don’t know whether is real or fake. I have not yet used
