Not bad
I broke my right hand 2020 just before the pandemic so I wasn’t able to do physical therapy I did buy some finger weights with vice grips to help but they were cheap and ripped at the instant I intensified my own rehabilitation but with this I can actively increase my reps and sets with out worry 20lbs would be light to me but the 40lb burns with pain super glad I found these

very small fingertips, it is almost impossible to put them on an adult fingertips.

Don't waste your money
Not very user friendly, I have turned the same negative review in for the 4th time. My suggestion is don't waste your money or time on this product.

returned it...was not all that useful for the situations with my hands...I preferred the putty you can get as it provides increasing difficulty with various grades of putty....
