Buy primer
The pigment is exactly as pictured, but the glitter is not fine enough to use as an eyeshadow without creasing and clumping up. I absolutely could not see this working without a glitter primer (I prefer elf).

Vibrant glitter
This product is pure glitter and if you are planning to apply it to the face or body you will NEED a primer. I am very glad I ordered the E.l.f glitter primer or I would not have been able to use it tocompliment my nine year old nieces Halloween costume.

Loved the quality of this loose glitter eye makeup. You do need makeup adhesive to apply this. It’s totally worth it! Buying more in different colors!
