Good product but deceptive/confusing label
I ordered the NGK(8028) RC-HE73 spark plug wire set to comply with the specs for my 1996 Honda Accord EX (VTEC). When I received the package, it said NGK Resistor 4 Wheel Plug Set (8602). I contacted NGK directly as neither the seller nor Google provided an explanation as to whether 8028 and 8602 were interchangeable. After measuring the wires and comparing them to the existing ones in my car, I safely installed the new plugs and wires myself. NGK responded to my query where I learned that 8028 is the number assigned in North America while 8602 is the number used in Japan. (Note to seller: To avoid any confusion in the future, I would suggest that you add a note in the shipment to let your customers know that the numbers are synonymous. As the label and packaging are written completely in Japanese except for the numbers, it would be nice gesture to let consumers know this is the right part.) Aside from that, I am pleased with my purchase. どうもありがとうございます

Fits a 1998 Accord - Works Good
I have the 1998 SOHC I4 (F23A4) 5 speed manual Honda Accord and these cables fit perfectly. They replaced what I assumed were the OEM spark plug cables. Right before I installed the cables, I installed new spark plugs to see how much of an improvement the new cables would be. The new spark plugs made a big difference in my throttle performance and smoothing out the (previously) rough idle. I then installed the new cables and noticed the car handled the higher revs much more gracefully. The idle was even smoother as well as being markedly more quiet. At a stop light I thought the car was busted because I couldn't hear it anymore until I put it into gear and gave it gas! I considered cheaper options but these NGK ones were much higher regarded than the other sets I saw on the web so I'm happy to say I sprung for these! (I think ACDelco is the OEM though but these are great!) They are 7mm in diameter (same as OEM) and fit the stock wiring harnesses well. They are also numbered according to which part of the distributor they go on as well as what cylinder bank they occupy (installation took just 5 minutes). However, the top of the sleeves were covered in this strange powdery residue, but I assume that is just something involved with the manufacturing of the silicone jacket. Overall if you are looking to spring some life into your old ride with some cheap upgrades, this should be near the top of your list!

Buy These
Last owner put on part store brand plug wires. Car ran like crap. So, I replaced them with these. These are an OEM part from Honda. Car runs as it should now.

Great look and and performance
Bought these for my 2001 honda accord ex ulev and they worked great. They fit perfectly and add a better look to the top of the engine. As performance I did feel the car run smoother at certain rpms, I can feel more power but not a lot. That could also be because the wires I had on before were original and the car has 170000 miles on it. You really get what you want out of these or what should be expected of spark plug wires.

They're worth it
Spark plug wires are always over looked. They need to be replaced within a certain milage point just like everything else. If you have a older car with stock spark plugs, get them replaced and you'll feel a good difference. These replaced my stock wires in my 98 Honda Accord and it made it feel so much smoother. These work, they're good quality, you can't go wrong unless you install them wrong. They're worth the buck. (Long term item)

They work!
I used these spark plug wires for the first time changing my own spark plugs on a 1999 Honda Accord EX, 4dr 2.3L. I cannot say I noticed improvement over the wires I had previously, because I had changed my spark plugs about a month before I installed the wires. I can say that the spark plugs made a huge difference in how smooth the engine ran, but couldn't tell much of a difference with these wires. They are a nice snug fit and built to spec from what I can tell. I'm not rating 5 stars, because I don't know enough about the product or cars in general. They do what they are supposed to do and seem like they will last a while - 4/5.

High quality Spark Plug wires
This was for my 6thGenAccord (2001 EX, 4Dr.) as I finally replaced the old stock wires 170,000 miles later and I must say, what an upgrade after 13 years. I checked the ohm resistance on my stock wires prior to purchasing these NGK's and it was little below Ohm spec. These NGK spark plug wires are a breeze to install. Cool blue color as everyone else mentions. Performance wise, I doubt it's a placebo but I do feel a difference the way my Accord responds to me and as it idles after the installation. It also fixed my rough idle on cold starts as well. I highly recommend these wires. Another happy customer here. Quick tip: Prior to installation, apply a thin layer of "Dielectric Grease" on both ends of the spark plug wires to prevent moisture/corrosion per NGK installation instructions.

Can't really go wrong with NGK wires; the price is a bit high and I have found them for cheaper elsewhere but the amazon convenience gets me here and there... I would rank these wires better than or definitely equivalent to OEM. As soon as I changed them there was noticeable difference when accelerating and engine noise. Also much more quite on idle. Mine was a bit extreme since I pushed my OEM wires to 300k but can't really go wrong with these. If you want to shop around it is possible to find them for a few bucks cheaper.
